Kimchi JigaeLe kimchi jjigae est l’un des plats les plus communs dans les foyers coréens. Il peut être préparé en version végétarienne pour les puristes, avec du thon ou des tranches de pancetta frais pour un repas plus copieux, ou avec de la viande en conserve (spam ou kam) pour une version fast food.

Kimchi jjigae is one the most common dishes in Korean families. It could be prepared with various ingredients to fit all tastes: vegetarian for the purists – with tuna and tofu in option, with fresh pork belly slices for extra source of protein, or with canned meat (spam or kam) for a fast food style.
